I've belonged to different social groups in my younger days, where one's set of behaviors and norms were definitely not the Divine Masculine, and then I got a new job working construction. I kind of felt like Bilbo going on an adventure, and I was nervous as hell. I enjoyed and miss parts of my earlier group, and it has value, but I don't regret the change I made for a second.
Very cool to hear about that, tbh I personally prefer male spaces to female ones, but my work means I have to work in mixed-spaces, maybe once abroad again I should look into working construction instead.
