Another interesting insight into plot and characters. Often, an author has a much fuller image of his characters than appears on the page/screen. Sometimes, viewers inject their own qualities onto a character. Literature is indeed a complex thing. All the more reason to keep AI out of it.
Agreed, and I think Howard poured only the best of himself into his characters even as he made them wholly different from himself, and you nailed so much about literature especially Howard’s right here.
